Between Porto and the south of Portugal is Torre de Palma located: a breathtakingly beautiful estate with vines and olive trees where the olive oil is cold-pressed and bottled right away. The premium sardines are cooked in with steam and directly afterwards they are bottled in a can. They taste delicious, soft and tasty, for instance on a crostini or in a salad.
The salt is mined according the traditional, 2000 year old way. Ingredients: sea, sun, wind and lots of love and manual labor. The salt has already won several awards.
