Le Comte is a coffee full of depth and character, and beloved for its lightly spiced finish. This coffee is a variant of our 100% Arabica blend Le Roi. In contrary to Le Roi, Le Comte has been complemented with a very exquisite African Robusta (10%). Combining premium Arabica with Robusta gives the coffee a stronger, more full-bodied coffee. The rare Robusta we chose for our Le Comte comes from the highlands of Sierra Leone and has a more elegant and sophisticated flavour. It is in sharp contrast with the harsh and often bitter flavour, for which inferior Robustas are known. A blend of 90% Arabica from Brazil, Costa Rica, Zambia, Java and Rwanda, and 10% Robusta from Sierra Leone.
