Confectioners by trade, they began creating soft drinks when their father returned from a trip to America, inspired by the innovative, carbonated drinks he tried there. Franklin & Sons 1886 Cola combines West-African cola nut with a Columbian coffee bean to create a unique cola flavour. The ingredients, both found in the southern hemisphere are rich in flavour and quality. The recipe uses over 10 different spices and herbs infused with vanila, which produces a sweet, but dark taste. The best cola nut was combined with a green bean, in stead of the roasted ones, which is added to the great cola flavour.
Each Franklin & Sons soft drink is created to perfectly match with delicious meals for every occasion. The introduction of a tertiary culinary ingredient within each recipe, combined with only a subtle carbonation, ensures the drink delivers the highest quality effervescence for pairing with food, as well as creating a perfectly balanced standalone refreshment.
