Louis Gillemon, a 19-year-old student at hotel school Ter Duinen, created his own gin in November 2014, called the Gillemore gin. It is a Belgian gin served in an original black Erlenmeyer bottle which has something mysterious and continues to fascinate. This gin tastes fresh and fine in the structure which makes it easy to combine with different types of tonic.
