La Jara prosecco organico brut: On the palate, this Italian Prosecco is fresh, aromatic and balanced, with light scents of bread crust and pleasantly acidulous. Ideal with fish soup, fried fish, vegetables tempura, shellfish, sushi and sashimi. Misty Cove’s Organic Sauvignon Blanc is certified organic with BioGro New Zealand. Lovingly handcrafted from a single vineyard site on Hammond Road in the central Wairau Valley, we have captured its unique “terroir” to produce a lush and aromatic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Ijalba Maturana Blanca: The nature of the Ijalba wines is based on vineyards on poor soils, limited production, recuperated varieties and the ecological techniques that they apply. It is a very subtle Spanish wine, surprising both for its elegance and its persistence in the mouth. Waterkloof Cool Cinsault: Seriously Cool Cinsault is produced from more than 35-year-old bush vines on the outskirts of Stellenbosch, South-Africa.
