Vylmer Apéritif Du Sud

A refreshing aperitif with a bitter-sweet taste and a fruity touch! Vylmer is a new aperitif from the Provence, a region in the South of France. Surprising, strong yet mellow, bitter-sweet, soft pink and light orange. Vylmer is the Luberon, the gorgeous region in Provence, encased in a glass. Vylmer is inspired by the recipe of ‘Madame’ Volmer, who made her own aperitif in the ‘50s. Madame Volmer gave the recipe to Annelies Lefere's parents in the ‘70s. It was hidden for years… until now! Annelies revived the old recipe and started her own business. Vylmer is made from rosé wine, a distillate of sweet and bitter oranges, cane sugar and spices. Drink Vylmer neat with ice or served with a refreshing tonic or sparkling wine!
