Invecchiato in rovere americano ex-bourbon
Nel profondo delle lussureggianti terre di Sugarlandia, la nobile canna da zucchero cresce nel terreno vulcanico del Monte Kanlaon. È da questa pregiata varietà di canna che Don Papa crea la ricca melassa "Black Gold". Una volta distillato, il loro rum di punta viene invecchiato in botti di rovere americano ex-bourbon.
Le botti maturano in un clima così unico da infondere al rum il suo sapore. Viene poi miscelato dal nostro mastro miscelatore con acqua di sorgente del Monte Kanlaon per ottenere il 40% di ABV. Sorseggiato liscio, si percepiscono note decise di vaniglia, miele e frutta candita, bilanciate da un sottile sentore di agrumi. Questo rum di medio corpo va giù liscio - e velocemente!
