Ijalba Tempranillo Blanco White Wine 2017

It's always wine o'clock! The nature of the Ijalba wines is based on vineyards on poor soils, limited production, recuperated varieties and the ecological techniques that we apply. In the process of elaboration we also apply natural ecological criteria, but always thinking of wines which are of the highest quality, unique and, above all, very individual. The first shoot of Tempranillo Blanco was discovered in an old vineyard of Tempranillo Tinto in La Rioja in 1988. It is a peculiar natural mutation, common in other varieties, which has allowed the elaboration of a unique wine which comes from the only vineyard with ecological production. The result is a very floral wine with a hint of the warm tropics. A very fresh wine, with all the character of the variety and a very long aftertaste. Enjoy the Burgundy lifestyle!
