Fast delivery, straight from our own stock — over 99% of orders leave our warehouse in Belgium the same working day.

That includes personalised items. Engraving, embossing, gift wrapping - it all happens in-house, on the same working day you place your order. No outsourcing, no delays.

Check the delivery prediction on the product page for your exact expected delivery date. Before you do, confirm the right destination country is selected in the main menu — that way the estimate is always accurate for you.

Here's the general picture across Europe:

  • Belgium & Netherlands — order before 8:00 PM for next working day delivery, including Saturdays
  • Most other European countries — order before 4:00 PM; delivery typically within 1 to 3 working days depending on your destination
  • Saturday delivery is available at no extra cost in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy and Poland

 

Occasionally, delivery times can vary — usually because of product size, weight, or availability. The product page accounts for all of this automatically, so it's always your most reliable reference point.

Ordering multiple products? Your cart shows a delivery estimate per item. We ship everything together in one shipment by default, so the latest date in your cart is the one that counts. If you'd rather receive available items sooner, just reach out to our customer service team and we'll take care of it.

Conditions for free shipping

We offer free shipping for orders that exceed the following free shipping limit, depending on the destination country:

  • 100€: Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, France
  • 150€: Denmark, Italy, Austria, Denmark, Sweden & Poland

This offer applies unless otherwise stated on the product pages. For orders below this free shipping threshold or for shipments to other countries, shipping costs apply. You can find a detailed overview of shipping costs per country in the table below.

Exceptions for large products

Some products require exceptional transportation due to their size or volume and may therefore have different shipping rates even if the order exceeds the free shipping threshold. These shipping costs will be calculated in the shopping cart after you enter the delivery address.

TIP: Choose delivery to a parcel shop. It's more cost-effective and ensures your package is always delivered safely, especially if you can't be home for delivery. Does not apply to large products.

General Guidelines For Gift Wrapping

Should a chosen packaging option not fit the size of your product, we reserve the right to cancel the packaging. You will, of course, receive an immediate refund for the packaging cost. We always strive to provide you with the most suitable packaging for an optimal unboxing experience.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & DAMAGES

We understand that sometimes an item doesn't quite meet your expectations or something can go wrong along the way. Whether it's a normal return, shipping damage or a quality issue: we are happy to help you with a simple and safe handling.

Would you rather exchange? We do not offer a separate exchange service, but you can choose a gift voucher with 10% extra value. This way, you get 110% of the purchase price back and can shop something new straight away.

After registration, you have another 14 days to actually ship the item.
When registering, you can choose between:

  • A refund to your original payment method, or

  • A gift card with 10% extra value.

Note: Once issued, a gift card cannot be converted into a refund.

Your return will be accepted if the product:

  • Is in its original condition,

  • Is unused and undamaged,

  • Is in its original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear and socks (if opened),

  • Personal care products and spirits (if opened),

  • Personalized items,

  • Used or damaged items (such as lit candles),

  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
The exact rate will be displayed in the return portal and depends on your location and chosen shipping method.

Important:

  • If you return multiple parcels, each shipment will be charged separately.

  • You can recognize your shipment numbers:

    • DHL: Tracking number starts with JVGL...

    • DPD: Tracking number consists of 14 digits.

Your return will be processed within 2 weeks after receipt.
The refund will be issued within 14 days after your return has been processed.

  • From the same order: Yes, items may be returned together.

  • From different orders: No, you must register a separate return for each order via the return portal.

There is no separate exchange procedure.
Choose a gift card with 10% extra value (110% of your original purchase amount) during your return registration and use it for your new purchase.

After shipping, you will automatically receive a track & trace link.
You will also be notified by email as soon as we receive and process your return.
