Don Julio Blanco Tequila is made with a high quality blue agave from the fields around the town of Atotonilco, in Jalisco, Mexico. The plant is picked by hand and then cooked. Don Julio Blanco was awarded a 'Classic' rating by Wine Enthusiast Magazine in 2007, the highest score available. In this Don Julio Tequila you can recognize Agave aromas with hints of citrus like lime, lemon and grapefruit. The light taste has a round character that tastes incredibly pure and clean. A touch of black pepper and grass completes the picture.
