Meet the 4K of Everdure by Heston Blumenthal, a beautiful high-tech kamado. The 4K is a true all-in-one package on which you can grill virtually anything, from burgers to pizza and from potato slices to vegetables. It's a barbecue, grill and pizza oven all in one.

The Everdure 4K combines the ancient tradition of cooking in a kamado with the latest technology. Just like a traditional kamado, air steams through the grill's thick-walled casing and can only escape through the air shaft in the lid. The kamado, originally a cooking pot, has been a cooking tradition from Asia for 4,000 years. Cooking with a kamado gives a rich smoke aroma to the taste of vegetables, meat and fish. Cooking in a 4K is versatile and brings extra flavour to your dishes because juices and aromas cannot escape from the dome.

Everything about Everdure's 4K can be adjusted from outside the oven via an app and the physical controls, keeping the flavour inside the oven and the cooking process uninterrupted. For example, the 4K can be started with a self-start - with child lock - which heats up an electric spiral at the push of a button. This makes the 4K completely ready for use within 10 minutes.

In addition, with the 4K, it is possible to cook on several levels, so that different dishes are ready at the same time and at the right temperature. The touchscreen on the front of the oven lets you read the exact temperature, as measured by 4 core temperature gauges inside the oven. As a result, you know exactly when both your dishes and the oven itself are ready, so that nothing ever goes wrong again. If the temperature of the oven is too high, it can easily be adjusted with a rotary knob. This knob allows for more or less air to enter the oven. Moreover, you can easily increase the temperature by adding new coals via the flap on the side of the 4K.
