Fourchette is born from the best of two worlds. They combined the sophisticated, refined taste of top chefs with the knowledge and passion of 6 generations of master brewers. Fourchette is a living beer made from precious hop varieties and unique strains of yeast. The mixture of a floral beer with a tripel produces a flavour that continues to evolve for a long time. Fourchette tastes both fruity (peach, tropical fruit, pineapple and cooked apple) as well as floral (a touch of honey).

Fourchette tastes best when it is served with a full head and with the sediment. Pour the beer from a height (15 cm) into the glass and swirl the bottle to loosen the sediment. This way the excess gas can escape. The ideal pouring temperature for Fourchette is 8°C.
