A fruity and aromatic Chardonnay! The Wine Castle of Genoels-Elderen, with its 22 ha of vineyards is the largest wine domain of Belgium. Since 1991, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vines are planted on the best hills of Limburg. The Chardonay Blauw is fruity and aromatic in taste. Perfect with an appetizer or with light meals such as asparagus and oysters. It is aged 12 months on sediment of which 50% in rust free barrels and 50% in wooden barrels. - Potential preservation: between 4 and 6 years. - To be served between 12 and 14 degrees.
