The Bilba trolley is equipped with a teppanyaki cooking plate. This tepanyaki 58 cooking plate is packed with cutting-edge features and incorporates the latest generation of induction technology. This powerful cooking plate features a Stop & Go function for convenient control, allowing users to pause and resume cooking seamlessly. The bridge function increases versatility by linking the two cooking zones to create a larger cooking surface when required. The Slider Touch Control, with direct access to each of the 10 heat levels (0-9) and a cleaning level, ensures precision and ease of use. The dynamic temperature display for both cooking zones completes the user-friendly interface. In terms of eco-design and safety, the Tepanyaki 58 features an auto-stop function in the event of accidental start, prolonged absence, overflow or overheating. The 4x residual heat indicators and the 580 x 520mm plate dimensions with R=5 curvature add to the overall functionality and safety of this sophisticated cooking plate.
