It undergoes long maceration and fermentation in stainless steel and barrique. Its hearty & fruity profile makes it an excellent accompaniment to red meat and risotto. It's also histamine-tested, gluten-free, vegan, and low-calorie, providing just 13 kcal per 100 ml. Contains sulphites.
