Mesjokke chocolate - D.A.R.C. Angel

A socially responsible and outrageously tasty chocolate bar! This D.A.R.C. Angel chocolate bar is made from Trinitario cocoa varieties from the region El Tuma/ La Dalia in Nicaragua. The chocolate has dark, earthy and nutty flavors. Behind these flavour tones, it reveals light notes of red fruit as well. An intense bar, definitely for the epicurean! Mesjokke gets its cocoa through ‘Direct Trade’, which means that their beans are bought directly from the cocoa farmers. These farmers get a fair price and they know exactly where the beans come from, how they’ve been treated, who picked them and that they are of outstanding quality. Furthermore, they only work with ‘specialty cocoa: cocoa varieties that give off the deepest and most stimulating flavours to our bars.
