The black model requires more maintenance than the Corten model and, despite high-quality coating, are more susceptible to scratches and damage. Whether it is a fire bowl or a barbecue, the answer is simple: it is both!

Unlike other outdoor cooking appliances, the OFYR is very easy to clean and virtually maintenance-free. Food leftovers and excess oil disappear directly into the fire. The griddle can be easily cleaned with a spatula, as all the dirt is pushed into the fire. Afterwards, just wipe down with a damp cloth and the OFYR is ready to use again. Thanks to its three-part modular design, the OFYR can easily be moved around. The hob, fire bowl and plinth can easily be lifted and moved separately. There is a 2 cm hole in the cone of the appliance that allows rainwater to drain neatly.

With the OFYR Classic 100, you can cook a full meal for 15-20 people on a large cooking surface. You can have fire for 9-11 hours before the ashes need to be removed. Moreover, the different temperature zones between the inside and outside of the plate allow you to create various cooking options.
