Its unique design combines an OFYR cooker with integrated wood storage, a sturdy, teak wood worktop and a handy holder for utensils and spices. The teak wood worktop should be stored inside and must regularly be treated with vegetable oil. The tool tray is multifunctional and can be mounted on the side or on the back of the worktop. The black coated models require more maintenance: for example, the top of the island must be kept clean and dry, especially at the base of the cone. This is to avoid rusting. A soft cover is included and recommended to use.

The griddle can be easily cleaned with a spatula, as all the dirt is pushed into the fire. Afterwards, just wipe down with a damp cloth and the OFYR is ready to use again.

With the OFYR Classic 100, you can cook a full meal for 15-20 people on a large cooking surface. You can have fire for 9-11 hours before the ashes need to be removed. Moreover, the different temperature zones between the inside and outside of the plate allow you to create various cooking options.
