This wine, sourced from the unique Los Curas vineyard at 750 meters altitude, displays a light-yellow color with fine golden accents. The nose is pure with complex aromas of aniseed and fennel over a creamy base, leading to notes of lemon fruit gums, slight honeyed hints of orange blossom, and tropical fruits like passion fruit. The palate is well-structured and balanced, offering juicy citrus notes with a fine dose of nutty spiciness. It boasts a supple, juicy mouthfeel and a beautiful, persistent finish with a very fine touch of bitterness, complemented by excellent acidity. Part of the wine is fermented and aged for six months in French oak barrels, contributing to its complexity, while the rest ages in stainless steel.
