The MeatStick Mini are both dishwasher-safe, deep-fryer proof and suitable for low and slow cooking like sous-vide with their long battery performances (MeatStick 24+ hrs/MeatStick Mini 8+ hrs). The MeatStick contains an internal sensor (withstands up to 212ºF/100ºC) and an ambient sensor (withstands up to 572°F/300°C). The MeatStick Mini contains 1 internal sensor with heat-resistance up to 185ºF/85ºC.
