Experience nature from the Dutchtub Original and experience the luxury of outdoor bathing. The Dutchtub Original is a spacious wood-fired hot tub for four people, suitable for bathing outdoors. Its light and simple design make the Dutchtub Original ideal for your yard, terrace, vacation destination or other outdoor surroundings. The water at the bottom of the tub is drawn in through the coil and heated by the fire of the wood-burning stove. The water flows into the tub, making use of natural water circulation. The fire heats the water in the Dutchtub Original and keeps it warm for as long as you like.The Dutchtub holds 600 litres of water per splash.

To heat the Dutchtub Original to a pleasant temperature of 38°C, you will need about a bag and a half of firewood. Heating takes approximately 2 hours, depending on the weather conditions. It is advised to fire the Dutchtub to a maximum of 40 degrees. When this temperature is reached, less wood can be put in the fire basket to keep only the water at temperature. Maintaining the Dutchtub Original’s temperature during use takes about one bag of firewood. The fire of the Dutchtub is multifunctional: it can be used to prepare food as well. The included wok allows you to prepare different meals on the fire. Food and drinks can be served in the tub on the integrated serving platter with bottle holder.

The Dutchtub is comfortable, a real eye-catcher and, with its 75 kg, easy to move. The Dutchtub Original is made of polyester and a steel coil. The Dutchtub Original’s strong material makes it able to withstand normal weather conditions (sun, rain, snow, and hail). We advise against leaving water in the Dutchtub Original during the winter. When water freezes it expands and this may damage the spiral.

The design of this special hot tub is by Floris Schoonderbeek. The Dutchtub Original, a Dutch design, is available in three different unique colours, olive green, grey and orange, and comes with a luxury hardtop cover and wok. The tub seats four people and reaches a temperature of 38 degrees within about 2 hours.
