A set of two elegant Belgian wines. The Wine Castle of Genoels-Elderen, with its 22 ha of vineyards is the largest wine domain in Belgium. Since 1991, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vines are planted on the best hills of Limburg. The Chardonnay Wit is refreshing and flowery, delicious as an aperitif or to drink on the terrace. The Pinot Noir has lots of red fruit on the palate with nice acids and pleasant tannins on the finish. Its fruity taste is ideal with cheeses, red meat (lamb and beef) and big or small game (deer, wild boar, pheasant, rabbit and hare).
