The Wine Castle of Genoels-Elderen, with its 22 ha of vineyards is the largest wine domain in Belgium. Since 1991, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vines are planted on the best hills of Limburg.
The Chardonnay Wit is refreshing and flowery, delicious as an aperitif or to drink on the terrace.
The Chardonnay Blauw is fruity and aromatic in taste. Perfect with an appetizer or with light meals such as asparagus and oysters.
The Pinot Noir has lots of red fruit on the palate with nice acids and pleasant tannins on the finish. Its fruity taste is ideal with cheeses, red meat (lamb and beef) and big or small game (deer, wild boar, pheasant, rabbit, and hare).
