Hibiki Japanese Harmony is the latest creation from the famous Japanese distillery Suntory. Hibiki means resonance in Japanese and the least we can say is that this new Japanese blended should cause a stir in the world of whisky lovers.
This whisky is made from a blend of the finest Yamazaki and Hakushu single malts of different ages, with a touch of grain whisky from the Chita distillery as well. Created to address the shortage of Japanese whiskies and growing demand, Hibiki Harmony should soon delight the taste buds of fans of the brand. It is anything but a cheap blend and is already attracting a lot of interest from the Japanese.
In the nose, this whisky is very fine and gourmand and you can recognise hints of fresh notes of rose and lychee. In the mouth, this whiskey tastes full and tasty and is softened by the softness of honey and white chocolate. The Hibiki Whisky has a long finish with subtle and smooth woody notes due to the maturation in Mizunara casks. First-class whisky!
