The salt is mined according the traditional, 2000 year old way. Ingredients: sea, sun, wind and lots of love and manual labor. It has not gone through any refining process, it’s packed with the original vitamins and minerals that this salt naturally carries. The salt producer is situated in the beautiful nature reserve Reserva Natural Ria Formosa, which is also populated by flamingos and storks. This product has already won several awards, including the Slow Food Award. The salt is full of original vitamins and minerals and you can taste it.
