An exceptional red wine aged at the bottom of the sea!

An exclusive wine made in only 1,600 bottles. This wine matures first for 16 months in oak, then for 12 months at a depth of 40 metres at the bottom of the Mediterranean Sea. Increased pressure, a constant temperature of 14 degrees, the absence of light and the gentle vibrations of the seabed create a subtle, elegant wine. Ripe fruit and flowers mingle with wood notes, spices and a creamy touch with polished tannins.

Ageing: 18 months in new French oak barrels, 12 months in the bottle on the Mediterranean seabed at a depth of 40 metres, then bottle-aged in the cellar.
Tasting Notes:
Appearance: Very lively and deep wine with garnet and ink tones. Nose: Ripe fruit notes blended with characters acquired through malolactic fermentation and long ageing in new high quality French oak barrels. Thanks to the underwater ageing, it has acquired salty memories, in addition to a spicy background with creamy and balsamic notes. Palate: The underwater ageing has concentrated its elegance, polished its tannins and given it softness, while preserving its refreshing notes that balance the ripe fruit notes, increasing the sensation of silkiness and prolonging its intense finish.
