The domain has undergone a thorough renovation in recent years and is now a real pearl in the Hageland. The vineyard is the second largest in Flanders and the ambition is to use a range of new Belgian top wines to turn Linden into one of the most beautiful wine villages in Flanders. The Chardonnay Carat 2019 has very fine and particularly seductive aromas of new oak, nougat, nectarine, white peach, grilled cashew and almond notes, vanilla cream and white flowers. The exclusive lagering in French oak is immediately apparent. The same characteristics are found in the creamy texture, but supported by a very pleasant citrus freshness, white stone fruit, a fine toasty touch of oak, aniseed, frangipane and a mineral finish that lingers. Elegant wine full of finesse.
