Fourchette is born from the best of two worlds. They combined the sophisticated, refined taste of top chefs with the knowledge and passion of 6 generations of master brewers. Fourchette tastes both fruity (peach, tropical fruit, pineapple and cooked apple) as well as floral (a touch of honey).
The beer tastes best when it is served with a full head and with the sediment. Pour the beer from a height (15 cm) into the glass and swirl the bottle to loosen the sediment. This way the excess gas can escape. Drink Fourchette from a delicate wine glass or another glass with a thin rim. The ideal pouring temperature for Fourchette is 8°C.
