The Guylian Seahorses Collection is a treat for chocolate lovers. It offers something for everyone with a delicious palette of flavours from the famous hazelnut praliné to caramel or milk truffle. The chocolates are made with carefully selected ingredients of the highest quality, such as Fairtrade West-African cocoa beans and hand-selected Mediterranean hazelnuts. The best quality Mediterranean hazelnuts are roasted artisanally in small quantities in copper kettles in Sint-Niklaas, Belgium. The Master Pralineurs watch closely the amount of sugar and the temperature so that the hazelnuts reach the appropriate level of caramelisation.
