This "White top" cuvée from the Champagne House Heidsieck & Co Monopole, founded in 1785, is a harmonious Blanc de Blancs. Its fragrances develop on notes of white flowers and citrus fruits. A harmonious champagne, which reveals beautiful vanilla notes, greedy with the replica of the scents of nectarines and peaches, perceived in the nose.
Its beautiful finish and length in the mouth will sublimate seafood platters or will be perfect with fatty fish tartars such as tuna or salmon, but can also be appreciated as an aperitif or with a mild cheese.
