If you have finished shopping and wish to pay with a code, go to the shopping cart. There you will find two fields for entering codes. Make sure you use the correct field. There are two types of codes: a gift certificate code and a discount code. A correct code is then automatically deducted. Only one discount code can be used at a time.
We always send a confirmation email immediately after completing your order. Did you not receive it? Unfortunately we have noticed that this email sometimes ends up in the spam folder, so we ask you to take a look there. If the mail is still not there, please contact us at email@example.com. We will then send you the confirmation email again.
Immediately after preparing your order we always send a shipping confirmation with track & trace. This allows you to track your shipment.
In addition, DPD informs you in advance about the time of delivery of your parcel. Is this moment not convenient? No problem, up to 1 hour before delivery you can still make changes via the email you received from them. You can change the time and address of delivery and your parcel (depending on your location):
Have it delivered to a parcel shop near you
Have it delivered on another day
Have it delivered to another address
Put it away in a safe place by giving permission to DPD to do so
You will receive an email from DPD the morning of the day of delivery containing a time slot of one hour in which the delivery will take place. Not received? Be sure to check your spam folder!
No problem. DPD will schedule a new delivery attempt as soon as possible. It is also possible that your parcel will be delivered to your neighbors or the parcel will be put away in a safe place around your home. Another possibility is that your package will be taken to a parcel shop near you. The DPD driver will leave a message in your mailbox stating the address of the parcel shop and the time from which you can pick up the parcel. You will also receive an e-mail notification from DPD when the parcel has arrived at the parcelshop. Not received? Be sure to check your spam folder!
Be sure to bring your proof of identity when you go to pick up the parcel. You will have 7 days to pick it up, after that it will return to us and there will be shipping costs to resend it to you.
Tip: Choose for a delivery in a DPD parcel shop. This ensures that your parcel is always delivered safely, especially if you are not able to be home for the delivery.
Don't panic! It happens that DPD delivers your parcel to the neighbors or they put it away in a safe place at or around the house (behind a garbage can, under the carport, ...)
If you have checked all of this and your parcel still hasn't arrived, be sure to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to mention your order number!
We will then immediately take it up with DPD and solve the problem for you as soon as possible.
We are sorry that your order, which was carefully packed by us, was damaged in transit. Please contact us at email@example.com. We ask that you provide photos of the damaged items. We need this to initiate a damage claim with our carrier. We will then provide a solution soon.
This may have been a human error in our warehouse. While we only sell great products, we obviously understand that you only want to receive what you ordered. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make sure you receive the correct product as soon as possible. We will also provide you with a return label to return the wrong product.
No right of return applies to beverages, experience packages, group gift contributions, gift certificates and other customized products. Large items have separate return prices as they are shipped with special transportation. Please contact us for this via email@example.com.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories (packaging, with all accessories included, and instructions). We refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.
All returned items will be carefully examined. The basic principle here is that you may only inspect the item as you would in a store. Returned items may be tried on, but must not have been used. When an article has undergone a reduction in value due to use, this will be charged to your account.
Almost all orders leave in gift wrapping at Luxury For Men. Whether it's a gift for someone else or yourself, it's always nice to receive your order nicely wrapped. For this purpose we use our Luxury For Men gift boxes and bags.
Unfortunately, not all of our products qualify for gift wrapping. So wrapping an outdoor fireplace or XL ice bucket will not work.
Because gifts are often sent directly, we never include packing slips or invoices with the shipment. All info is delivered to you via the email address provided at the time of order.
