Brut Royal is Dame Jeanne’s degustation beer. After fermentation according to the traditional method, the volume is supplemented with selected high quality liqueurs, which perfectly match the taste of the basic beer. This gives an extra full aroma to the Brut beer, ideal for a surprisingly delicious digestive beer.
Dame Jeanne Brut Royal Cognac is a digestif based on Dame Jeanne Brut d'Anvers. A brut beer according to the méthode traditionelle, with clarification and fermentation in the bottle, followed by a dosage of "Cognac American Oak, Bache-Gabrielsen". Liqueur d'expédition Bache Gabrielsen American oak, matured in French oak barrels, finished in American oak barrels for a minimum of 6 months. An intense taste experience where the natural flavours of brut beer mix with warm spicy flavours of Cognac with subtle warm tropical fruit flavours.
